Robert Half is currently seeking a contract to hire HR Operations Manager for one of our Chicago, Illinois based clients. As an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks ranging from employee relations to strategic planning. You will be working in a dynamic environment where your skills in compliance, change management, and HR strategy will be essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to create a productive work environment

• Handle internal communications effectively to ensure transparency within the organization

• Manage employee relations and resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment

• Oversee performance management strategies to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction

• Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and company policies

• Generate internal reports to provide insights on HR operations

• Drive organizational development initiatives to improve business efficiency

• Involve in strategic planning to align HR goals with overall business objectives

• Implement change management strategies to facilitate organization-wide changes

• Maintain and update HR strategy to stay current with industry trends and practices.

Long Term Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 Benefits available to contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements • Proven experience in Compliance, ensuring all HR activities adhere to federal, state, and local laws

• Demonstrable skills in Change Management, driving modifications to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Strong background in Employee Relations, fostering a positive working environment and resolving conflicts

• Proficiency in HR Compliance, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations

• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies, aligning them with organizational goals

• Track record in formulating HR Strategy, aligning it with the business objectives

• Excellent Internal Communications skills, ensuring clear and effective communication within the organization

• Expertise in Internal Reporting, providing accurate and timely HR reports to management

• Solid experience in Organizational Development, facilitating growth and change within the organization

• Proven abilities in Performance Management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions

• Knowledge of creating and enforcing Policies & Procedures, ensuring consistency within the organization

• Experience in Strategic Planning, participating in the development of business strategies and objectives.
