Our client is looking for a Helpdesk Support Specialist to join their team in Chicago, IL.

  • Over 3 years of experience in Helpdesk support within an enterprise environment.

  • Proficient in technical troubleshooting, including Active Directory, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365 products.

  • Experienced in managing a ticketing queue.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide both onsite and remote support to users.

  • Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.

  • Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Assist in software releases and roll-outs, and communicate status and project conditions to end users.

  • Perform software improvements and upgrades.

  • Work with the team to accurately forecast timing and efforts of work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
