Job Description Summary

The Global Service Growth Director for Service Fleet Analytics will play a key leadership role in driving and accelerating service growth through digital service ecosystem and product development and commercial activation excellence across regions, customer segments and sales/delivery channels. Working with senior service leaders in the regions to identify key analytics, dashboards and commercial opportunities to monetize these metrics and create offerings that complement current service offerings. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive culture changes with external customers and internal sales/service delivery teams to transform global services offerings/value from traditional break-fix excellence to world class MyGEHC Service Fleet Analytics and dashboards that drive contract/fleet sales and renewals. Understanding what is key to our customer success by understanding their key performance indicators and how they use them.

  • Provide wing to wing leadership for the development, execution and commercial activation of customer facing service products and corresponding offerings as well as service delivery process optimization to increase GE Healthcare service contract capture rate and enable accelerated growth in targeted regions with specific focus on fleet offerings such as pools, dashboards and comprehensive Bio-Med offerings.

  • Collect and prioritize new service introduction and improvement requirements from global product, digital and engineering teams, region customers and commercial teams based on customer value, industry trend, competitive landscape, growth dynamics, speed to market, technical roadmap and return of investment.

  • Drive effective technology roadmaps and commercial activation strategies to maximize resource utilization and growth outcome by identifying region best practices, integrating various customer facing service products and offerings in region for region, working with other global product leaders and region commercial/operation leaders, driving global data visibility, digital platform/tool scalability, digital ecosystem level 1-4 support sustainability and process standardization.

  • Provide input and growth ideas to leverage our service fleet offerings and defining which services tools should be packaged together and or tiered to provide the best outcome to our customers to reflect the value they are getting from GEHC.

  • Drive global product development execution on time and on budget according to product roadmaps and phase in phase out milestones per region by working with technical development teams from digital and engineering.

  • Work with regions and modalities to facilitate best in class service fleet analytics and drive effective value proposition with our key opinion leader per market/segments by working with global and regional marketing teams.

  • Drive effective communication with global and region service and commercial leadership and teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Product management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years’ progressive leadership experience in product development, product management, service delivery, service sales or related field

  • Strong leadership skills to influence cross functional and global teams

  • Strong leadership skills to shape growth vision and Go to Market strategy

  • Strong leadership skills to drive culture changes and process improvement

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with customers and frontline sales/service delivery teams

  • Strong oral and written communications skills

  • Strong program execution skills

  • Strong strategic mind and clear thinker

Desired Characteristics

  • MBA, MS or PhD in Engineering, computer science, or related field

  • 10+ years’ experience in Healthcare product development, product management, new product introduction, sales, service, or related fields

  • Proven Healthcare product, service and digital industry acumen

  • Proven commercial leadership

  • Proven team leadership for horizonal teams

  • Proven experience with GE Healthcare service and commercial processes and working systems

  • Proven ability to work and travel globally
