TradeLink Holdings LLC ("TradeLink") is well-recognized as a successful proprietary trading firm and investment adviser hedge fund program. Required Experience:

This position will focus on trading. Traders from all backgrounds will be considered. The appropriate candidate will operate in a flexible and creative role and be given a wide variety of available resources to explore, develop, and implement trading ideas. The trader will execute a variety of products across multiple asset classes and will work closely with other group members and analysts to help cultivate new trading models.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or specific sciences, such as Physics; a Master's Degree in these areas of study is a plus

  • At least 24 months of professional, full-time trading experience

  • Must have some programming experience or quantitative knowledge, a technical background, and an understanding of economic fundamentals

  • Desire to learn about financial markets and economic theories; must have demonstrated interest in trading financial instruments either through academic work and/or professional experience

  • Strong math aptitude, numerical and quantitative analysis skills and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to make excellent decisions under pressure

  • Entrepreneurial self-starter ready to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • Pro-active thinker with the ability to spot problems before they arise

  • Must be highly competitive, driven, and disciplined

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written)

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required on the first day of employment
