Job description:

We are seeking an Engagement Director with significant background in QSR domain. This is a hybrid role in Chicago, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Large scale implementation of POS for Retail/QSR domain

• Research, select, develop, deploy, communicate and maintain in restaurant technology and related solutions for all restaurants

• Implement critical initiatives and serve as the subject matter authority as it relates to all facets of back of house solutions, above restaurant reporting and system interface for all restaurants

• Develop and manage a team of highly skilled business, technology members tasked with supporting critical initiatives

Required Skills:

• Industry knowledge of modernized cloud based POS system and Rest Technology

• Edge computing and its implementation is helpful

• Knowledge of coordinated systems (BOH- Back of the house, Digital Menu Board, etc.) within restaurant technology domain.
