EPAM Systems Director, Global Alliances - Data Platforms in Chicago, Illinois

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Global Alliances for Data Platform Partners to drive our global partner ecosystem strategy, grow channel business, and scale co-selling opportunities. In this high-impact role, you will leverage your expertise in the data industry, platforms, and partner ecosystems to cultivate relationships with EPAM's data platform partners while managing and developing a team of alliance managers. Responsibilities

  • Support, maintain, and grow alliance relationships with key Data Partners, including senior stakeholders, aligning with the global multi-cloud and data-driven strategy

  • Develop and execute a Global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy alongside Data Partners and marketing teams to ensure mutual growth and success

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business unit leaders, sales, marketing, and technical teams to establish strategic growth plans and create new pipeline opportunities through partnerships

  • Align with solution experts to develop innovative offerings and drive growth at key accounts through joint initiatives with Data Partners

  • Define and meet KPIs for partner program requirements and joint business plans, including influenced partner revenue and measurable GTM outcomes

  • Track successes, initiate joint customer stories, and represent the company at partner events, conferences, and other strategic initiatives

  • Understand and manage partner deal registration and evaluation processes to optimize partnership success

  • Present yearly and quarterly plans and results to senior leadership and conduct QBRs with Data Partners to ensure alignment and progress

  • Lead and manage a team of alliance managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to strengthen partner relationships and scale alliance-driven growth globally

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise technology and channel space, with 7+ years in Sales and/or Alliances experience in the cloud and data platform sector

  • Experience in Global Solution Integration (GSI) sales environments and a deep understanding of the data platform partner ecosystem, including cloud providers, ISVs, and technology partners

  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with experience mentoring and developing alliance managers to drive strategic growth

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship management skills with a track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams

  • Strong capability to drive business development, pipeline growth, and co-selling initiatives with partners

  • Flexible, proactive team-player attitude with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and measurable outcomes

  • Solid understanding of marketing, business development, channel management, and partner ecosystems in the data and analytics space

  • Some travel required to foster partner relationships and attend key events or meetings

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
