Job Description

We are looking for a Dayforce HR Project Manager to analyzing, designing, and implementing enhancements to HR processes using Dayforce HCM/Payroll software. This position will be full-time and hybrid.

What You’ll Do

  • Assess current HR processes and workflows from talent acquisition to employee retirement.

  • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize HR processes and enhance overall effectiveness using Dayforce HCM/Payroll

  • Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of Dayforce HCM software to meet client requirements

  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the system

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address any issues and optimize system performance

  • Streamline talent acquisition processes, including job requisition, candidate tracking, and onboarding

  • Implement best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment and onboarding workflows

  • Optimize learning management processes, including course creation, employee development plans, and tracking of training progress

  • Implement solutions to support continuous learning and career development within the Dayforce platform

  • Enhance performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms

  • Design and implement performance management workflows and tools to drive employee engagement and development

  • Optimize leave management processes, including vacation, sick leave, and other types of employee leave

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies

What You'll Need

  • Experience with Dayforce HCM/Payroll software

  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Dayforce for HR processes and payroll management

  • Comprehensive understanding of HR operations from talent acquisition to retirement, including familiarity with various HR workflows and best practices

  • Strong analytical skills to assess current HR practices and identify areas for optimization

  • Ability to configure and customize Dayforce HCM software to meet specific client needs

  • Experience in developing and delivering training materials and sessions to facilitate system adoption and end-user education

  • Ability to streamline recruitment processes and implement efficient onboarding practices within Dayforce

  • Familiarity with managing and optimizing learning and development processes, including course management and employee development tracking

  • Knowledge of performance management processes and the ability to enhance them using Dayforce tools and workflows

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
