Job Summary

Summary: Plans, prepares, and cooks food items to order while adhering to all quality and sanitation standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cook food to order while adhering to quality and portion controls.

• Prepare food for station, according to standardized recipes.

• Follow production sheets to ensure adequate stock of food items on assigned station.

• Communicate with coworkers to ensure food is delivered to customers in a timely manner.

• Comply with all safety and sanitation standards set by both Levy and the Health Department.

• Stores, labels, and dates all food items according to policy.

• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area.

• Follows HACCP Guidelines to ensure safety of food.

• Performs other duties, as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Minimum 1+ years cooking experience in full-service restaurants.

• Must have open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to frequently move and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
