TEKsystems Command Center Technician in Chicago, Illinois

level 1 triage support. These resources will be responsible for:

  • Taking calls from clinical lab staff on incidents pertaining to the go-live.

  • Following a script to collect information on the incident and document into ServiceNow

  • The team will then escalate and route these tickets to the appropriate Epic teams for further troublshooting.

The first week of this three week engagement will be focused on training and then the next 2 weeks our team will be responsible for 24x7 support. They will be broken out into three shifts:

First Shift: 6am-2:30pm

Second Shift: 2pm-10:30pm

Third Shift: 10pm-6:30am

Majority of the resources will be working on the first and second shift.
