Job Summary

Team Member Duties

Team Members are expected to provide exceptional customer service to every guest who enters the team store.

Guests must be greeted, assisted with any questions, and made to feel welcome in all areas of the team store.

Be sure to acknowledge every customer even during the busiest periods. If you are with a customer while another is asking for help be sure to acknowledge the customer and let them know you will be with them shortly or locate a team member or Manager to assist.

Maintain a clean and organized team store.

Associates are expected to become familiar with product placement and the vendors we carry in the team store. This will be helpful when assisting guests on the sales floor. Each team member will receive a separate training guide about the vendors we carry. Retail Managers will also discuss this with the team members throughout the season during pre-shift.

Be positive and energetic when interacting with guests. Team members should find ways to engage and elevate every guest experience.

Be proactive if we are out of a certain size or style check with a manager or supervisor so they can check if we have it in the warehouse. Do not wait until someone asks for a size, check before doors.
