Conagra Campus Recruiting Coordinator in Chicago, Illinois

Conagra Brands is looking for an Early Talent Recruiting Coordinator to add to our Talent Acquisition Early Talent team. You will report to the Early Talent Recruiting Leader and work with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, aiding in positive recruitment experience, and smooth onboarding processes. You will be a key team member, owning all coordination activity for the Early Talent Team.

As the Early Talent Recruiting Coordinator, your expertise will span event planning and logistics, candidate experience, onboarding, and project management. You will bring best practices in recruiting coordination and a desire to improve processes and efficiencies across the early talent team and programs.

This role can be based in Chicago, IL or Omaha, NE with a preference for Chicago.

You Will:

  • Partner closely with early talent recruiters and campus leads, providing project and administrative support to help execute recruiting programs and events

  • Engage with candidates and ensure a positive experience

  • Own the pre-employment screening process and new hire I-9 completion on day one

  • Provide project and administrative support to help execute recruiting programs and events

  • Partner with recruitment branding manager to assist with social media posts

You Have:

  • 1+ years' experience in campus recruiting coordination

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Experience with HR technology such as ATS (e.g. Workday), CRM (e.g. Phenom People) and 3rd Party Tools (e.g. Handshake)

  • Travel required 2-4 times a year

  • At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship either now or in the future.
