Accenture Business Architecture Associate Manager in Chicago, Illinois

Business Architecture Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Chicago, IL): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business Architecture Associate Manager in Chicago, IL, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into deliverable product backlog items.

  • Work with Solution & Product Owners to update, estimate and prioritize backlog items for use in Program Increment Planning.

  • Conduct product and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.

  • Provide insight into the strategic direction being set for the Release Train in conjunction with the Solution and Product Owners across functional areas and Release Trains.

  • Configure, test and deploy Workday enhancements to meet the business needs, ensuring adherence to schedule, and scope.

  • Work across the Release and Solution Trains on configuring solutions for new major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing business processes.

  • Analyze Workday release updates twice annually to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to existing HR functional modules.

  • Identify and perform root-cause analysis of complex problems which require in-depth evaluation of WD configuration and create solutions for implementation by the team.

  • Ensure adherence to SLAs for Recruiting - Applicant Tracking through the management of the Release Train incident queue.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT industry.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Configuring Workday Recruiting;

  • Configuring Workday Core Human Capital Management (HCM);

  • Scaled Agile Framework;

  • Utilizing Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) for offer documents in Workday; and

  • Microsoft Azure DevOps for backlog and capacity management, including custom query and dashboard creation.

Must have 1 year of experience in configuring documents using Workday Docs.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 20% of the time to meet client needs.
