Hybrid Role: a combination of remote and onsite work, where the role alternates between working in office or client site and remotely.

As an Oracle Manufacturing Cloud Solution Architect , you will be at the forefront of defining cloud migration strategies, leading the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions for our clients. In this role, you will act as the primary interface with the client, leading the Plan to Make track or a cross-functional team to manage the end-to-end solution delivery and driving practice initiatives.

  • Lead discussions with clients to understand current state business processes, collect business requirements and perform requirements fit gap analysis, develop future state recommendations and provide optimal solutions enabled by Oracle Cloud best practices

  • Lead Solution Design workshops, design solutions and solution configuration of Oracle Manufacturing Cloud

  • Lead development of functional design documents, test scenarios and test scripts. Lead test cycles for the track and collaborate with project and client team for successful planning and execution of test cycles

  • Collaborate with solution architects from other tracks to develop the functional architectural design for clients’ Oracle Cloud solution and ensure alignment between Oracle SCM and other pillar solutions. Facilitate cross functional discussions throughout the life cycle of the project

  • Lead development of technical strategies and design for conversions, integrations, reports and extensions leveraging Oracle PaaS platform for medium to large and complex Oracle Manufacturing Cloud implementations

  • Manage all aspects of the Manufacturing track through different phases of the project life cycle (Requirements, Design, Build, SIT / UAT / Regression Testing, Training, Deployment and Hypercare)

  • Work with client counterparts to define technology footprint as part of implementation roadmap

  • Provide inputs on deliverables timelines and resources requirement for the project scope and timeline

  • Facilitate user training and knowledge transfer

  • Lead Oracle Cloud accelerator development, engage in pre-sales, contribute to recruiting and other practice development efforts

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

  • Demonstrated ability to lead design, implementation of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules and provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Discrete or Mixed Mode Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, BOMs and Work Definitions including Configured Products, Work Orders Execution, Genealogy and Compliance, Production Scheduling, and Manufacturing module’s interaction with other Oracle Cloud SCM and Costing/Finance modules

  • Must have successfully completed 4-5 Oracle SCM Cloud Manufacturing implementations (Discreet/Process) in a solution architect/functional lead role with strong understanding of Oracle Cloud enabled manufacturing business processes and best practices

  • Demonstrated ability to architect large, complex SCM implementations for global clients

  • 6-10 years of implementation experience in Oracle Supply Chain applications (EBS and Oracle Cloud) in the areas of Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Costing, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Planning and a good understanding of supporting financial modules

  • Must have in-depth cross-functional end-to-end knowledge of supply chain business processes

  • Extensive experience identifying and solutioning gaps (configurations, extensions, etc.) between client processes and Oracle SCM Manufacturing Cloud driving process improvements and maximizing utilization of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing to meet clients’ requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies

  • Ability to work independently, navigate complexities, deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems/situations and as a team leader in a fast-paced environment with diverse/global teams in onsite-offshore model

  • Ability to look at the big picture as well as managing details

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication including the ability to interact with clients’ executive team, interpersonal skills, organized and detailed oriented

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and highly driven, with the desire to learn our business

  • Demonstrated ability to work on client engagements and across multiple practice development initiatives

  • Ability to travel 50%

Preferred:

  • Candidates with Oracle Cloud certification in Manufacturing and other SCM areas

The estimated base salary for this job is $160,000.00 - $185,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $184,000 - $231,250. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
