Monday through Friday, flexible hours within 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
20 hours per week on average
Occasional evening events (e.g., summits, dinners, social gatherings)
Pay: Up to $40/hour
Duration: February 3, 2025 – July 11, 2025
Job Description
We are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will provide moderately complex administrative and clerical support to multiple leaders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and experience handling a range of administrative responsibilities in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and relay messages, responding to routine administrative requests.
Collect, organize, and manage documentation and data; perform data entry.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and arrange travel.
Assist in planning and coordinating events, including summits and social gatherings.
Apply knowledge of office policies and procedures to perform administrative tasks.
Address administrative, clerical, and customer support issues; escalate complex matters as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2-3 years of administrative support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience managing calendars and coordinating events.
General knowledge of office management and operations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
