Employment Type: Temporary, Part-Time

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, flexible hours within 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • 20 hours per week on average

  • Occasional evening events (e.g., summits, dinners, social gatherings)

Pay: Up to $40/hour

Duration: February 3, 2025 – July 11, 2025

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will provide moderately complex administrative and clerical support to multiple leaders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and experience handling a range of administrative responsibilities in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and relay messages, responding to routine administrative requests.

  • Collect, organize, and manage documentation and data; perform data entry.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and arrange travel.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, including summits and social gatherings.

  • Apply knowledge of office policies and procedures to perform administrative tasks.

  • Address administrative, clerical, and customer support issues; escalate complex matters as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2-3 years of administrative support experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Experience managing calendars and coordinating events.

  • General knowledge of office management and operations.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
