We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Chicago, Illinois. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be tasked with managing customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and handling customer inquiries. This role is within the industry and will involve the use of Deltek Vision.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Ensure the maintenance of detailed and accurate customer credit records

• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for efficient management of accounts receivable

• Implement ADP - Financial Services tools in performing accounting functions

• Use CRM for managing customer relationships and improving customer service

• Employ Deltek Vision for handling cash activities and billing functions

• Manage collections and cash handling efficiently

• Apply ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for seamless business operations

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Familiarity with CRM for managing customer data and interactions.

• Sound knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for managing business processes.

• Mastery of various Accounting Functions is necessary.

• Must have substantial experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Experience in Billing Functions is required.

• Capacity to manage Cash Activity with accuracy.

• Experience in Cash Handling is a must.

• Proficiency in Deltek Vision software is highly desirable.

• Experience in Collections is a critical requirement.
