[What You'll Do:]{calibri=""}

• Process accounts payable invoices, including matching invoice, receiver and purchase order
• Reconcile variances to vendor invoices/packing slip.
• Prepare check runs, weekly ACH payments and credit card payments
• Verify correct ledge account coding and support documentation
• Maintain accurate records of vendors, including W-9 and tax-exempt certificates
• Process year-end 1099s to appropriate vendors
• Assist in quarter-end and year-end external audits
• Perform internal audit walk-throughs on AP, vendor set-up
• Prepare general accruals and reconciliations as needed

What We're Looking for:

• Education: High School diploma or GED required; Associated degree in accounting preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge with accounting programs
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and other database programs)
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Other: Ability to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed by the business, Flexible Work Schedule (Part-time 20-24 hours a week) and work onsite at our office in Chesterfield, MO
