Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the efficient operation of machinery and equipment. This role involves both preventative and corrective maintenance across various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

• Repair Work: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot problems with machinery, equipment, and systems, and implement effective solutions.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

• Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to address maintenance needs and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

• Upgrades: Assist in the installation and upgrade of new equipment and systems as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, or mechanical) are a plus.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
