Job Title: Customer Relations Coordinator
Job Description
Our client provides real estate tax review services for commercial property. The majority of their review services result in an appeal on the property's current real estate tax. This role involves gathering data for the appeals through both email and phone correspondence with clients to collect information for the analyst team. Responsibilities include being the point of contact for new accounts, performing intro calls, follow-up emails, and additional calls if information isn't provided. The role also involves file setup, data management, and prioritizing daily account management. High volume of outbound phone calls is required daily. The coordinator will update clients on their case status, communicate with business development managers and analysts, and ensure necessary information is received by deadlines. Additionally, the coordinator will allocate documentation appropriately, assist the accounting department in collection of outstanding receivables, and support the sales manager in contract review of Parcel Listing and Agent Authorization documents.
