DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including overseeing the physical operation of district offices, managing special funds such as budget and procurement, and serving in various roles such as Information Technology Coordinator, County Electronic Benefits Monitor, and Disaster Coordinator. It will be crucial to have strong communication and collaboration skills within the organization to ensure success in this role. In addition, this position requires you to have a versatile skill set, as you may be assigned to different districts based on operational need.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Work schedule and hours may change based on operational needs. Overtime and travel as operationally necessary Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. WORK CONDITIONS: Assigned duties are performed in a controlled office environment. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
