Job Posting: Light Industrial Assembler

Location: On-Site-Chesapeake, Virginia

Pay Rate: $ 18.43/hour

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

Job Summary:

Adecco is assisting a local client with providing commercial and industrial indoor environment and climate solutions. They offer energy and sustainability services, as well as building automation systems that help our clients reduce their total carbon footprint and meet their environmental sustainability goals. We are seeking an entry-level Light Industrial Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling entire products or components of products as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support one function within the Warehouse department (e.g., Shipping, Receiving).

· Transport and stage products.

· Maintain organized work and product storage areas.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Competencies:

· Strong team player with a detail-oriented mindset.

· Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and manufacturing techniques.

· Familiarity with relevant equipment, policies, and procedures to promote effective operations.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED required.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

· Forklift experience preferred.

· Steel toe shoes required for safety.

· Forklift assessment required prior to employment.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
