Concrete Pipe & Precast (CP&P) has a need for Production Lead with Maintenance experience to help lead one of their lines. Repair, install, adjust, and maintain electrical systems for industrial production and processing machinery and related equipment -ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines. -follows diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacture's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions -locates sources of problems by observing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic devices in operation; listening to problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments -remove defective parts by dismantling devices, using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts -controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventative maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance -fabricates repair parts and forms by using machine shop instruments and equipment -maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results - provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests -prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends -read electrical schematic diagram circuitry for troubleshooting -know the basic functions of transducers, electrical and light proximity sensors incorporated in automated production -repair and replace electrical solenoid valves incorporated in automated production

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
