Job Summary:

 

The College of Professional Programs, Family Resource and Training Center (FRTC ) at Eastern Washington University invites applications for a Recruitment & Retention Coordinator (RC) for the Fostering Idaho Regional Recruitment and Retention.

 

Under direction of the FRTC Director and in partnership with statewide regional contractors, the Recruitment & Retention Coordinator will serve as a leader to provide coordination and sustainability of the regional recruitment of foster families. They will have regional responsibility for the Statewide Diligent Recruitment plan, regional recruitment plan and Resource Peer Mentor program and other retention activities and efforts.

About Us The FRTC is a part of the EWU College of Professional Programs. FRTC partners with state social service agencies as well as numerous other community service organizations, charities, and Title IV-E program affiliates. The FRTC operates as a training and service center for developing social workers and foster parents and supporting Social Work interns from EWU .
