Job Summary:

 

EWU is currently seeking applicants for a temporary Office Assistant 2 position to support two grant-funded, degree completion and career mobility initiatives at the university (Last Mile Initiative and the Experiential Learning Credit Expansion grant work).

 

Under general supervision, the Office Assistant 2 will provide written and oral communication with students, staff, and faculty, utilizing email, phone, and Zoom; draft and edit web and print materials; input and extract data from institutional systems, and use Microsoft programs extensively.

 

This position will report to the Director for Student Success Collaborative & Degree Completion (for Last Mile Initiative) and the Director for Interdisciplinary Studies (for Experiential Learning Credit Expansion Grant).

The range for the position is: $37,896 (minimum) -- $40,620. Where the hired candidate will begin within this range is dependent on education, experience, and skills.
