Position Summary

We are looking for an Associate Brand Manager for our Al Fresco business, which comprises a portfolio of all natural value-added chicken products and is the #2 brand of chicken sausages Nationally. You will be responsible for the Breakfast segment. Responsibilities include assessing business performance to provide key insights that drive brand direction across the 4 Ps, leading development and launch of new products and renovations, supporting marketing communications and messaging, and creating and executing annual marketing plans to deliver growth.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Chelsea, MA headquarters. Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the consumer champion by leveraging data tools and consumer research to develop a deep understanding of consumer unmet needs, marketplace trends, and the competitive environment

  • Track and assess performance vs plans, build gap plans to ensure delivery against business objectives (share, sales, margins)

  • Lead cross-functional team to deliver product innovation, product renovation, and high impact promotional events

  • Execute and assess performance of consumer support across tactics in conjunction with Integrated Marketing and Agency partners

  • Contribute to the development and execution of annual marketing plans including analysis of growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure strong Retailer account plans to drive growth and meet targets

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years minimum of relevant experience, CPG industry experience is preferred

  • BA/BS required, marketing focus and/or MBA preferred

  • Passion for uncovering consumer needs and insights to drive growth and brand mission

  • Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical skills, presentations skills, and creativity

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively

  • Ability to take initiative and apply an appropriate sense of urgency to delivery results

  • High energy and team spirit with a can-do attitude

  • Skilled use of PowerPoint and Excel, experience with IRI/Nielsen data a plus
