Responsibilities:

• Managing the full cycle payroll process effectively

• Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy in accounting data

• Administering benefits and 401k - RRSP

• Utilizing accounting software systems for efficient work processes

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively

• Conducting bi-monthly payroll processes

• Performing basic bookkeeping tasks diligently

• Ensuring timely execution of accounting functions

• Managing 'About Time' software for efficient time tracking

• Handling benefit functions as per the organizational policies.

The salary range for this position is $65k to $85k. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurances; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with a match and 10 days of paid vacation, 7 days of paid sick leave and 9 paid holidays per calendar year.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Knowledge in Auditing

• Understanding of Benefit Functions

• Experience in bi-Monthly Payroll

• Skilled in Full Cycle Payroll

• Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Basic Bookkeeping skills
