Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on clinical instruction and supervision to nursing students and staff.

• Teach and demonstrate proper nursing techniques, procedures, and patient care best practices.

• Assess students' clinical competencies and provide constructive feedback.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance the learning experience.

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in NYS

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (long-term care experience preferred).

• Previous teaching or preceptor experience is a plus!

• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

• Passion for education and patient care.
