• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick weldingbased on project requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding specifications.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Weld metal components to assemble products according to specifications.
• Inspect and test completed welds for accuracy, strength, and quality.
• Operate grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols.
• Assist with fabrication, cutting, and fitting of metal parts.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.
• Work with the production team to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or welding certification preferred.
• 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick weldingtechniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds.
• Knowledge of metal properties and welding safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various positions (standing, bending, kneeling).
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
