We are offering a short term 1- day contract employment opportunity in CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee, for a Receptionist in a CPA Firm - Business Management setting. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, manage our multi-line phone system, and perform various administrative tasks to support the team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system in a detail-oriented manner.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers.

• Manage email correspondence and ensure all inquiries are responded to in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

• Use Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and other administrative tasks.

• Utilize interpersonal skills to greet and assist visitors.

• Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Ability to handle email correspondence effectively

• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email management TalentMatch®
