Job Description:

Maintenance technicians will be responsible for all mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of production equipment to include CNC mills and lathes, drill presses, saws, robotic trolleys, cranes, punch presses, vision systems, photo eyes, proxy switches, etc.

Techs are expected to be able to hit the ground running with minimal training time. Candidates must have 1+ years of experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Experienced technicians will be able to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical aspects of production machinery with minimal training.

Must Have Experience:

· Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment such as:

o CNC Equipment, Mill, Lathe, Drill Presses, Saws, Robotic Trolleys, Forklifts, Press Machines, Overhead Cranes, Punch Presses, Mold Machinery, Conveyors

· Repair and replace motors (3-phase, servo).

· Repair and replace fixtures, pumps, gauges.

· Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Nice to Have Experience -- Not Required:

· Welding experience would be a huge plus, but not required.

· Experience with CNC’s and robotics is a plus, but not required.

· Experience with 3-phase motors or Servo Motors is a plus but not required.

Shift:

All shifts available

Pay:

· Starts between $30 - $34 per hour based on experience and shift differential.
