• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Diagnose machine malfunctions and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they occur.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following protocols.
