Job Title: CAD Technician - AutoCAD Drafter

1st shift - Monday through Friday in downtown Chattanooga, TN

Pay: $22 - $24 starting pay.

Job Summary:

As a CAD Technician, you will be responsible for creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, performing administrative management of our design vault, and collaborating closely with CNC machinists and fabricators to ensure high-quality communication between design and production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings.

• Convert DXF files into usable formats for manufacturing.

• Manage and organize design vaults to maintain up-to-date and accurate design files.

• Collaborate closely with CNC machinists and fabricators to ensure designs meet production requirements.

• Review and modify designs to improve quality and manufacturability.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all design work.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in AutoCAD for both 2D and 3D drafting.

• Strong understanding of vault management and design file organization.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.01 - $24.00/hr.
