Robert Half Admiistrative Coordinator in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Description

Local service company seeks an administrative coordinator to assist their team with special projects. This is a long-term project that will be 100% onsite near the Hamilton Place Mall area. Hours are 8am-5pm (somewhat flexible if needed).

Job Duties:

• Update current customer profiles per customer requests (email, postal, etc.)

• Contact Customers to obtain missing information to fulfill customer requests (enrollments, cancellations, upgrades, refunds, etc.).

• Maintain spreadsheets and perform mail merges to print and mail letters/documents to customers.

• Meet all Productivity, Quality, and Efficiency standards set forth by leadership.

• Analyze work assigned and report opportunities.

• Maintain department Quality and Handle Time SLA’s.

• Manual processing of systematic procedures that fail such as failing payments, adding discounts to accounts, reclogging payments, etc.

• Collect, open, and sort mail for processing.

• Review and report discrepancies in data received.

• Other duties and special projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma.

• Minimum 1+ yrs. of data entry experience (fast and accurate) MUST type 40+ words per minute

• Must be able to build and maintain professional relationships during a highly stressful and fast-paced environment.

• Must demonstrate strong communication/negotiation skills both verbally and written.

• Feel comfortable working in an autonomous environment where you are expected to resolve customer’s issues on your own.

• Ability to work with rapidly changing deadlines and priorities

• Great organizational and time management skills.

• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word.

• Ability to think logically when working on customer accounts.

• Critical thinking and analytical skills are required to perform daily tasks

Hours: 8am-5pm and may have a need for occasional overtime.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the construction/contractor industry

• Proficient in data entry and database entry tasks

• Strong critical thinking abilities

• Demonstrated ability to ensure quality and accuracy in all tasks

• Proven ability to effectively multi-task

• Experience in organizational effectiveness

• Capable of performing special projects as assigned
