Position Overview: The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned customer programs, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Program Management: Oversee planning, technical, financial, contractual, and scheduling aspects of assigned programs. Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for customers, defining requirements and providing status updates. Customer Satisfaction: Anticipate and meet customer needs to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business. Team Coordination: Set and manage program expectations and priorities, making adjustments as necessary. Opportunity Identification: Analyze and identify new project opportunities. Risk Management: Identify critical path and long lead material items, execute mitigation plans, and create opportunities for project success. Communication: Share program information internally and externally, addressing issues related to timelines, costs, and product performance. Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Hard Skills

• Technical Background (Aerospace AS9100)

• Managing 10-15 projects at a time

• Mechanical Engineer or Industrial Engineer degree

• Experience with custom antenna projects
