Job Description:

As an HVAC Helper, youll support our experienced technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and advance your career in HVAC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist HVAC technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.
• Prepare and transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites.
• Perform tasks such as cleaning, inspecting system components, and removing old equipment.
• Aid in diagnosing issues and troubleshooting HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to speak English.
• Own a basic set of hand tools required for HVAC work.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
• Team-oriented attitude.
