  Pay is based upon experience and as established by the Ball-Chatham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Schedule B-3 (Athletics).

• Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and strategies

• Effective communication with students, parents, and staff

• Familiarity with IHSA/IESA and BCSD policies

• Responsible for budget and program resources

  Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the swimming program, including student-athletes and coaching staff

• Develop and implement training plans and game strategies

• Foster sportsmanship and teamwork

• Organize daily practices, off-season programs, and team events

• Maintain equipment, uniforms, and program inventory

• Collaborate with trainers, administrators, and other coaches

• Keep team website and social media updated

• Other duties as assigned
