Ball-Chatham is seeking a motivated, passionate, and talented
K-12 English Language Learner (ELL) Coach for the 2024-2025 School Year!

WHAT DO ELL COACHES DO?
Act as an instructional leader in the development, implementation, and coordination of the ELL program across the curriculum by guiding, directing, and modeling for staff
Research, analyze, and disseminate current research and resources on instructional ELL practices
Use both data and analysis of students' learning to assist classroom teachers in making decisions to improve instructional practices and interventions
Establish goals for the instructional support program appropriate to the setting and teachers served
Plan the ELL instructional support program, integrated with the overall school program

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Professional Educator License with Illinois ESL approval or endorsement
Ability to pass a criminal fingerprint background check
