Job Description This internship will provide the opportunity to learn about the various quality team activities within TMEA. This opportunity will allow you to sharpen your communication and problem-solving skills in an international business environment. You will work collaboratively with team members, actively participate in discussions, decisions, and all project activity. You will work as part of a team and as an individual. Responsibilities: Support various departments by organizing information needed to perform work consistently Assist in documenting and evaluating existing business processes Support use of metrics for process management Assist in in identifying areas for improvement Assist in planning and implementing process improvements, using tools such as Lean Six Sigma Measure performance against process requirements Collect and analyze data to identify the root cause of problems Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls Proactively communicate with sponsors, team, and all other relevant stakeholders for each assigned project Requirements: Pursuing a STEM BS degree Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship now or in the future Ability to work onsite at our Chaska facility Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint. Knowledge of PowerBI report creation is a plus Strong interpersonal skills to actively listen, communicate in ways that foster trust and show flexibility Must be able to complete projects with limited supervision.
