The Role: Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a/an Mechanical Test Engineer Intern to join our team for the Summer 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 12-14 weeks in duration. What You'll Do: * Provide accurate, expedient characterization and analysis of wafer and reticle handling products and technologies using laboratory equipment; * Analyzes test data, writes test reports and PowerPoint presentations and gives oral presentations; * Work on testing projects with Team members; * Develop new, creative, and robust test methods with high regard for product reliability; * Design, build and test laboratory equipment and test fixtures; What We Seek: * HS diploma and >1 year in an Engineering focused undergraduate or above program Outstanding Candidates Will Have: * Someone with an interest in the Semiconductor industry * Laboratory experience would be a plus * SolidWorks skills * Good technical writing skills Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year: * Currently studying Mechanical Engineering * Prefer someone who is between sophomore/junior year or more (graduation 2026 or earlier) Eligibility: * Must be a currently enrolled student * Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May or June through mid-August or September * Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in an internship program * Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.
