The Role: Our site in Chaska is seeking a/an Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2025 season. In this role, the co-op will work amongst cross functional teams on process enhancement, large-scale project implementation and throughput improvement projects which enable improved manufacturing capacity and predictability in Operations. In this role you will: Participate in large scale project implementation Investigate and resolve production challenges Design and implement fixturing for improved manufacturing capabilities Utilize 5S and lean principles to organize and optimize the manufacturing work spaces in various manufacturing processes. Attend daily production manufacturing meetings Provide project updates through meetings, emails and presentations What We Seek: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis >2 years of college completed in some type of engineering program CAD proficiency Self-driven, creative and motivated individual that can work independently and in a team environment. Ability to deliver results in a timely manner that meet the organization standards.
