ManpowerGroup Graphic Production Contractor in Chaska, Minnesota

Our client, a global leader in advanced material sciences is currently seeking a Graphic Production Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for creating marketing material to promote company products. This is a well paid remote position.

Job Title: Graphic Production Coordinator

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $50/hr

What’s the Job?

  • The graphic production contractor supports the global marketing organization and helps promote the company and its products through the creation of marketing materials in support of our visual identity such as templated collateral (product literature, user manuals, technical papers, etc.), event and facility signage, digital advertising, website, campaign, social graphics, resizing images, PowerPoint formatting/graphics, and other branded items.

  • Uses templates to produce marketing materials.

  • Completes updates/revisions to existing materials and produces new collateral from templated designs following brand guidelines.

  • Creates, modifies, and manipulates illustrations and drawings.

  • Prepares PDF approvals and secures final files in accordance with guidelines.

  • Creates graphics and imagery for websites, html emails, and other digital assets.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree/vocational certificate in graphic design or highly related field; minimum four to six years’ experience as a production artist and/or designer

  • Strong background in production processes with a focus on templated design

  • Highly proficient in Adobe CC InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.

  • Experience in PowerPoint design and formatting a plus

  • Experience with digital asset management system a plus

  • Proficient in MacOS, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Remote in EST/CST time zone
