CACI IS THE WINNER!!! Of a long-term contract with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) for Transport & Cybersecurity Services (TCS) contract. The functional capabilities are to provide the information technology (IT) infrastructure services required to deliver timely, relevant, and accurate support of national security. TCS will provide innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment, and disposal of transport and cybersecurity IT services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide to support the NGA mission.

Transport Cyber Security Services (TCS) is a premier, long-term contract with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA); the functional capabilities for which provide the information technology (IT) infrastructure services required to deliver timely, relevant, and accurate support of national security. Our TCS team provides innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment, and disposal of transport and cybersecurity IT services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide to support the NGA mission.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Coordinate, review, and impact the requirements of Network and Cyber engineering projects, ensuring they are fully documented and traceable in line with TCS processes.

  • Work with Subject Matter Experts and Project Engineers to identify all impacting aspects of a project to the TCS program to include; Labor, Materials, Risks, Dependencies, and Assumptions.

  • Create TCS costing documents including Labor, Materials, Risks, Dependencies, and Assumptions.

  • Provide TCS representation and guidance within Request for Change (RFC) and Requirement Validation Meetings (RVM).

  • Create and present RFC responses, including Large Cost Briefings.

  • Capture all stakeholder requirements.

  • Validate requirements concerning Stakeholder Requirements - both internal and external.

  • Review Requirements with Subject Matter Experts and Engineers.

  • Work with both corporate and customer leadership to research, analyze, and implement enterprise-wide network security solutions/capabilities/enhancements to support customer business/mission goals and objectives.

  • Conducts risk assessment and provides design recommendations.

  • Evaluate and report on new network Security technologies to enhance the capabilities of the network.

More About the Role

  • Create and maintain documentation and cost impacts for internal and customer approval.

  • Generate and maintain provisional BoM data to support project budgeting.

  • Support the Engineering change process, and Engineering proposals in response to TCS requests received during an RFC and Score Card processes.

  • Be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with internal resources, vendors, and customers.

  • Any other reasonable duties as required

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Related work experience considered instead of degree)

  • 8+ years related technical experience in Network Engineering / Operations / Engineering

  • 6+ years related to Management of Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office suite – Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph

  • Ability to work independently with little direction and guidance

  • Ability to work weekends and evening hours as needed

  • Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to develop analytical documents and present oral presentations to senior/executive management

  • Proficient in MS Office suite – Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Travel up to 10% of the time CONUS.

  • Understanding and experience with the DoD Architecture Framework and other key DoD network architecture and strategic planning instructions.

  • Experience in providing status reports and products to senior management and customers

  • Experience with plans, designs, and evaluations of network/security systems and architectures.

  • 4+ years experience with large-scale enterprise/global networks in a fast-paced diverse environment

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
