Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Product Owner to join our team!

The product owner is responsible for the management and growth of specific cloud-focused product lines through strategic product planning and marketing. This role involves assessing needs and opportunities for new cloud offerings through comprehensive research and feasibility analysis. The Product Owner develops detailed product specifications, overseeing the product lifecycle from initial development through all stages to product launch.

Key responsibilities include developing goals, budgets, and strategic business plans while recommending ways to enhance security, stability, and feature availability in cloud environments. The Product Owner provides mobile training teams and training developers with feature and benefit summaries for each new service product, conducts product training sessions, and manages relevant trade shows.

What You'll Be Doing:

The Product Owner is involved in all aspects of the program that impact the product. Specific duties include:

  • Facilitating tenant cloud migration activities.

  • Implementing a DevSecOps toolchain across Government networks to enable continuous integration/delivery based on IC (Intelligence Community), DoD (Department of Defense), and industry best practices.

  • Providing integration support for stakeholder situational awareness.

  • Managing priority deconfliction.

  • Offering process & technical guidance to tenants.

  • Planning architectural roadmaps including identification of dependencies.

  • Supporting Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) & conferences that add value to the integrated ecosystem.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience.

  • 4+ years in a supervisory capacity.

  • Extensive experience in cloud technologies including but not limited to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.

  • Proven track record in managing cloud migration projects within Government networks is highly desirable.

  • This position requires an individual who can lead cross-functional teams effectively while driving innovation within the realm of cloud services.

Salary Range:

$104,200.00 - $182,400.00
