ManpowerGroup Generative AI Architect in Charlottesville, Virginia

We are seeking a certified Generative AI Architect to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, a deep understanding of generative models, and expertise in AWS cloud services. You will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced generative AI solutions that drive business value and enhance our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect generative AI solutions tailored to meet business objectives and customer needs.

  • Lead the development of models leveraging state-of-the-art generative techniques, including GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based architectures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to integrate generative AI capabilities into applications and workflows.

  • Utilize AWS services to deploy, manage, and scale generative AI models effectively.

  • Evaluate and select appropriate tools and frameworks for generative AI development.

  • Ensure best practices in model training, optimization, and deployment, focusing on scalability and performance.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and machine learning, and share insights with the team.

  • Conduct research and proof-of-concept projects to explore innovative applications of generative AI.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE- relevant AWS certification(s), flexibility on which ones.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing generative models.

  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

  • Proficiency in AWS cloud services, including experience with tools like SageMaker, Lambda, and EC2.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset to tackle complex challenges.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with deployment and scaling of AI models in production environments using AWS.

  • Knowledge of ethical AI practices and considerations.

  • Familiarity with data engineering principles and tools.

This is a 12 month contract opportunity working EST hours. Must possess excellent communication skills.
