Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The purpose of this position is to support EPIC’s workforce development initiatives, which include but are not limited to support for the following programs: the Steps4Growth project funded by the EDA through North Carolina A&T, EPIC’s efforts for external and internal outreach, and support for the EPIC Affiliates program.

The position takes direction from and provides support to the Senior Workforce Development Program Manager. Tasks include but are not limited to focusing on the planning, execution, and successful completion of various EPIC workforce program initiatives.

Minimum Experience / Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree and

  • Two years of experience is required.

Preferred Education Skills and Experience:

  • A master’s degree is preferred.

  • Workforce Development experience is preferred.
