We are hiring a Mattress Assembler for the first shift (6:30 am until finish, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays). Pay starts at $18-$18.50 per hour, with potential to earn up to $22 per hour by learning multiple roles. Bonuses include stock options, overtime, and PTO. Duties include assembling mattresses, sewing, inspecting, cleaning, wrapping finished products, building box springs, and using a staple gun. Must lift 50+ lbs, have a clean background, pass a 10-panel drug screen, and work overtime regularly. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble Mattress

• Sewing the top the mattress so it can be connected to the lower portion

• Inspecting, Cleaning and Wrapping finished products

• Build box Springs

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs.

• Use a staple gun to secure material/ Fabric to the bed frame

Qualifications:

• Clean Background

• Pass a 10 panel Drug screen

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs.

• Can work over time regularly 1-2hrs a day

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Can cross train to perform serval roles (each role learned you can earn more per hour)

The essential functions of this role include:
