Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

• Demonstrated experience designing and leading cross-enterprise projects. Technology projects experience highly desired.

• Knowledge and understanding of release planning/management.

• Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations.

• Experience providing direction and oversight to cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

• Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals across large complex organizations.

• Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.

• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services Consulting.

• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
