Honeywell Sr Sales Training Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina

As a Sr Sales Training Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing effective and engaging learning solutions for our employees. Your expertise in instructional design methodologies, e-learning technologies, and content development will be instrumental in creating high-quality training programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of our workforce.

You will report directly to our Director of Sales Training and you'll work out of our headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by designing and delivering innovative and interactive learning experiences that drive employee performance and contribute to the overall success of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and develop learning objectives

• Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, and job aids

• Utilize instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences

• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, simulations, and assessments, to enhance learner engagement

• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of training materials

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning technologies

YOU MUST HAVE

• Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development

• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles

• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field

• Experience in designing and developing training programs for a global audience

• Familiarity with learning management systems and learning analytics

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Experience in sales and sales methodologies
