Position Overview:

The Sr Product Marketing Specialist - Productivity Solutions plays a central role by partnering with Product Management, Sales, Communications, and all the other parts of Marketing and throughout the company to drive clear, compelling messaging and positioning, deliver customer insights, take new and existing products to market, and develop content that fuels growth campaigns.

This role reports directly to the Solutions Sr. Director of Product Management, and will be based in Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Fort Mill, SC, or Pittsburgh, PA.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience managing NPI projects and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Technical knowledge related to product development and introduction processes.

  • Proficiency with project management and product management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

NPI Project Management: Lead Global Product Marketing for Solutions offerings. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful launch of new products.

Strategic Planning: Support strategies for new product introductions that align with market needs and business goals. Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and competitive analysis. Play an instrumental role as part of annual strategy process

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and integration of new products. Facilitate effective communication and resolve any issues that arise. Work collaboratively with sales and product managers to develop sales playbooks

Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance throughout the NPI process. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Solutions Value Proposition and Supporting Content to the broader organization

Market Readiness: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams ensure that new products are well-positioned in the market and supported with appropriate training and materials. Partner with the Strategic alliances, Competitive/Marketing Intel, Channel marketing/Sales enablement, Global Business Enterprises, and the CSC Sr. Director of Product Management to develop the content and positioning of CSC solutions. Define and message key Solutions use cases. Facilitate across sales, marketing, and product to develop and deliver product messaging and content.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to new product introductions. Prepare and present reports on project status, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback on new products. Utilize feedback to drive product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction. Facilitate Customer Advisory Boards. Be a top speaker for Solutions.

Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues during the NPI phase and develop solutions to address them. Implement strategies to prevent future issues and ensure a smooth product launch.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience leading product marketing at fast-growing software organization across multiple functions and disciplines and in B2B software

  • 3+ years of experience creating polished product content

  • Excellent written and presentation skills. This role demands someone who is gifted in their ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including sales, Sales Engineers, demand generation, product management, and marketing communication teams.

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
