The Role
As a Senior Marketing Project Management Specialist, you will oversee the operations of the Honeywell Technology Experience Center (HTEC) in Charlotte, NC. Your responsibilities include guiding presentations, coordinating exclusive content, and managing complex projects to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Collaborating with account teams and senior stakeholders, you will translate customer challenges into innovative solutions in a visionary format, focusing on maximizing the center as a platform for Marketing, Sales, and Communications. This role involves content creation, budget and resource management, providing tours and presentations for visitors, and tracking performance metrics.
Your expertise in project management and ability to work with cross-functional teams will ensure the successful execution of projects aligned with business goals. Your leadership skills and strategic mindset will drive the growth and success of our brand initiatives.
Specific Areas of Responsibilities Include The Following:
This position is based in Charlotte, NC, and reports to the Sr Director Customer Marketing.
The Work You’ll Do
Represent Honeywell as an HTEC ambassador delivering a world class experience for guests.
Collaborate and maintain relationships with cross functional teams to obtain knowledge on the audience profile, their history with Honeywell and industry specific trends & drivers.
Use innovation and creativity to create and elevate presentations and demos, attuned to the audience profile.
Identify and develop content updates to reflect new Honeywell products, solutions, and services.
Proactively market the HTEC, including developing and compile quarterly and yearly metrics and reports to showcase functional effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities
Mange the day-to-day operations, calendar and customer visits as well as book, manage and act as primary lead for all tours / presentations through HTEC.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Facilitate (after hours) HTEC events and coordinate with corporate hospitality events team as needed.
Oversee technical maintenance and upgrades as needed.
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior brand specialist

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing project management • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies • Strong guiding and team management skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Proficient in project management tools and softwareWE VALUE
