Robert Half is seeking a motivated and innovative Sr. Full-Stack Web Developer to join our client's team, located in Charlotte, NC, with the flexibility to work hybrid. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a skilled group of developers and play a key role in enhancing both desktop and mobile experiences for a long-standing client that has been serving collector car enthusiasts for nearly 70 years. Your contributions will directly impact the business as we reimagine our marketplaces for vehicles, parts, and services.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the entire team to develop and deliver a high-quality product and exceptional user experience.

• Advocate for best practices in development and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our technology stack.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile and web development.

• Act as a user advocate, ensuring the best possible experience across all platforms.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks.

• 4-6 years of experience with Vue.js or other comparable JavaScript frameworks.

• Proficiency in AWS services such as CloudFront, Lambda, S3, etc.

• Strong experience with MySQL.

• Deep understanding of design patterns and development best practices.

• 1+ years of experience leading small development teams.

• Ability to work closely with design and business teams to scope, develop, and deliver projects on time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for best practices in development.

• Experience working within agile teams and iterative development processes.

• Strong intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate personal growth opportunities.

• Enthusiastic about continuous learning and growth in web development, and eager to challenge yourself and the team.
